Raising a flower bed - Retainer Wall?

In the corner of my garden I want to put a water fountain and raise the bed around by maybe 25cm. So I guess I need some type of retaining wall.

Is there any type of quick and easy attractive looking solution? Otherwise, I guess a brick wall (3 bricks high) and maybe some cladding?

Just looking for ideas incase someone been through similar.
