Huh! I must admit, I made the visual connection only in my mind. When I looked up the Bentley (car) logo just now, I saw that it is indeed quite different! My apologies. I have no complaints about the look, though.

Its also his surname so i think its fitting.

Just some reinforcement to arguments made, for the sake of consolidation.
My first impression has been exactly as kenmasters described- I also thought the name was pompous, until I now read itís true origins. I also thought- cheap Chinese, the first time I saw them on Gumtree. Obviously, I know different now.
I look forward to Saturday, and Iíll post my true impressions here.

Guys from now on i would prefer one on one demo sessions. To many people did not work out as i intended. Would prefer to put all my attentions on one person at a time to make sure everyone gets equal attention

Thanks for the session today Morne.
I came of well impressed with the offerings, especially at the price.
If youíre in the market for entry level speakers, youíll be doing yourself an injustice not giving Bentley Acoustics an audition. My favourite is the 150.
Well done Vaughn- Iím sure youíll go from strength to strength.

Thanks for the listening session Morne and it was great meeting new forum members as well.

I had no clue what to expect from the Bentley Acoustic range and BA being a locally designed speaker with value for money in mind certainly piqued my interest. Unlike the other members at the session, I am not that familiar with commercial speakers and listen to a mostly DIY speaker - therefore making comparisons to other store bought speakers a bit difficult for me.

That being said, each speaker is certainly different from one another. Upgrading from the bookshelves to the floorstanders offers a lot more than just additional bass. The 150's deserve their spot as the flagship model and they stands out from the rest.

Thank you guys! We will obviously also continue to improve as we move along. We had loads of issues in the beginning but we iron them out day by day!
