Fair AVR replacements?

Outsurance are replacing our AV amps that were fried by lightning last week. AV isn't really my area of expertise, so i want to know if the replacements are fair. They seem more than reasonable looking at the specs (power, features, etc), but i thought I'd check here where I know there's no shortage of expertise and/or opinions 

Yamaha HTR-2067 being replaced with Yamaha RX-V383

Marantz NR1403 being replaced with Marantz NR1508
