I have one of these from my late father in law. it is in good visual condition (he was always very picky about his kit - shoulder-strap still in its original wrapping) but I am sure that the perishable internals like belts are long gone. It hasn't moved since the seventies.
I see that service kits are available for this model.
It has some bizarre-looking connectors, the original guarantee booklet, a crappy looking Philips microphone and two spare tapes in (apparently) good condition.
I don't want to let it go to someone who will just butcher it (I'm pretty sure its a valve unit) for its valves, so I'd like it to go to a collector. I was fond of the old bugger, so stupid sentimentality dictates this. If someone wants it, I hope you won't see it as unfriendly, but I'd need some verification of what you collect.
