Selling eBucks

I see a number of people selling eBucks.

How does one go about it?
What is the rate for them?

There is quite a healthy ebucks sales market on Carbonite. If you want to advertise your ebucks that is a good start.

10 ebucks = R1. At Checkers and Dischem you can buy vouchers with ebucks at a 40% discount so 3000 ebucks (R300) will give you a R500 voucher.

Many guys will therefore offer their ebucks at a 40 premium over the face value which makes no sense to me. Iíll happily buy all the bucks i can get but will pay 80 cents for 10 ebucks.

In FNB online banking you can transfer the ebucks to another ebucks account. The buyer must just give you his account number.

You can do 1.4, if you want a quick sale use 1.2 as then it also makes sense for the Level 4 guys to buy. I generally sell all mine at 1.4 rounded down to a nice number, they generally sell within 5min of posting on Carbonite so I guess it's a fair price.

I'd also pay that, wouldn't sell it at that for a million years though.

For the life of me I cannot figure out why people buy at 1.4.
For R500 you then get 3000 ebucks and at level 4 the 3000 ebucks buys you a R500 voucher. So you effectively pay R500 for a R500 voucher.
