It does feature SW, as well as MW and FM (mono). Don't know how good it will be at  the asking price, but if the signal can be tapped from its volume control and connected to the existing AF amplifier in the Tivoli, might sound OK-ish.

The Sanyo would be first prize but I think this may be a close second.

Agreed - the Sanyo looks retro enough as it is, so no need to experiment there either.

Chris, if you do get rid of the Tivoli, I would like to have a go at it. The tuning cap used in the Tivoli is of very low quality and there is no guarantee of redeeming it, but I'd certainly like to give it a shot.

I will more than likely hold on to it, I have found a mono stereo receiver in the meantime.

Points to the same issue.

Yes, in spite of its weakness re the tuning cap, it is something to hold onto. Why? Really can't say, except it's "Retro"!

Communica electronics (no affiliation) has kit projects. Check their webpage for an FM tuner..may get lucky there. Electronics123 also may have something.

Thanks all but I have given up on FM, Delmas just has poor FM reception.

Get yourself an Open View HD Decoder from game (ħR400) and run it off a satellite dish, then tune in to LM Radio in high-quality stereo all day. Nothing further to pay.
