Not quite getting this... the Tivoli Model 2 is an analogue FM stereo tuner, with AM band as well.

I bought this used.

I also have the telescopic antenna still no luck, I will be putting this up for sale too. R150 each I have 2 available.

The Tuner has been molested and these are notoriously bad anyway so if can find replacement that would be good.

We only listen to Classic on FM and Radio Paradise on the interweb.

Yes and no. Ideally, Chris would need an analogue tuner, the Tivoli Model One is analogue and probably the Model Two as well. This would be a fairly simple modification.

Car radios with all their digital front ends would require a bit of modification to utilise.

There is/was a company in Pretoria selling all sorts of electronic kits, for the love of me I cannot recall their name - think it had a '24' in it.

Yebo has this kit, you could discuss this with forum member Monsoon.

Itís a direct dial tuner.  Geared.  No string.

Molested?

Exercising the dial all the way to the end stops several times helps displace crap that seems to hamper operation after a while. 10
15 times.

That  only works for a short while, then itís up to its old tricks again.

Right now I would settle for any FM tuner that could be retrofitted

220v.com/product/sanyo-rp-wd10/

Try obtaining one of these, they were locally available and cheap, I have one, has both FM/AM and it is the size of the Tivoli, works well too.

Game has a 3-day special on this Sinotec at R249, you might be able to fit it in there.

Not sure how long this image will last!

That might even have SW - might have a look for when I go out and about! My digital telefunken has lost a button or two and the aerial is held together with duct tape - may be time to replace it!
