Reputable CT handyman

Can any CT forumites recommed a reliable handyman for home renovations (general stuff from painting to cornice to skirtings etc)? So far I've been dropped twice by folks who did 90% completions and now lethargic to finish and the amounts are not worth going a legal route, so I just want to cut my losses and get someone new to finish up.
The work is not suitable for a large company who sends out a whole team, all I need is someone who takes pride in his work and doesn't stop until it's done. Seems to be rare nowadays and I'm months behind schedule, so an endorsed fellow would be appreciated.

I can certainly recommend a painter, but this is as far as he goes.  You can ask him about other jobs you might have.  I have used him on more than 10 occasions and he has painted my friends houses

Faried Henricks 0835805145.  He lives in Ottery but catches taxi to where-ever you plan to meet him.  He will tell you what you need to supply
Even duct tape can’t fix stupid… but it can muffle the sound
