I am not going to list the technical differences, there is plenty of interwebs stuff about it.
Do they sound different? Yes.
The differences between the Black and the Bronze are detail, with it comes other issues. Bad or worn records sound worse.
The VTA becomes more critical, the anti scate becomes more critical. But when you get it set right it sings.
Is it worth upgrading, probably not. I think at this price point you may be better off going for MC.
If upgrading from red or blue, do not even think, just do it.
Both are very musical and work very well on the Rega TT's, the Black made a bigger difference on the new 330 arm compared to the 250, but it may just be that I never got the VTA correct on the 250.
The Black does dig more detail out. I guess that i will have to compare the Black to an MC for a value for money comparison.
