on two occasions i have cleaned records with solution and a brush, both times the record is no longer usable afterwards due to the snap crackle and pop.
both were new records that i thought should rather be cleaned before being played.
two questions arise from this.
1. will the records be ok after a proper machine clean?
2. what would cause this?
