(Also a Jazz owner) I usually move the passenger seat as far forward as possible, then tilt the rest forward.  This gives you 1630mm of useful space.
Even duct tape can’t fix stupid… but it can muffle the sound

yip... I have succesfully loaded a full length bath (about 1700mm, together with matching toilet and basin) into a Jazz !!! NO JOKES!!! and a single bed matress (not at the same time :) ) ...which is bit longer, but that could bend.

Just bought the in-laws a 2015 Honda Jazz CVT after their car was written off in a 4 car pile up.
What an amazing little car. Hands down a better automobile than the 2015 Merc A200 I had.

Yeah!  On both counts the rear view was restricted, but otherwise perfect. The bath was a memorable trip... my last trip with the car actually.  I was hijacked at gunpoint 5minutes after off loading said bath, whilst still standing in my front yard. Yes people...  they hijacked me, for my HONDA JAZZ?!?! (and phone; and toilet; and basin). That was in Novemeber. But alas, I again now drive... you guessed it... a honda Jazz.  My third one!
