This is indeed a shock. Charles is one of our long-standing members and he will be sorely missed from the forum.

I didn’t know him except as a contributor to the boards, but sorry to hear the news.  My condolences to his family and friends.  RIP Placebo

RIP Charles. This is a real shock. Placebo was always helpful with Micro-Seiki stuff and even sent me some bits and pieces gratis. On top of that he had a great sense of humour.
