I bought a collection, 90% import and some very special albums that had been In storage for years. As expected, some of the sleeves were shoddy, but every album I've played sounds great. With a good clean I'm convinced every record is eminently enjoyable.
I have stripped out the stuff I want, and am left a with 400 odd albums. Generally pretty eclectic stuff, country, rock, 70s and 80s pop, with a few real oldies. Mostly import.
My view is to spread the joy, R500 for 10 imports and R200 for 10 locals.
My choice is to either take a stand on Sunday (can anyone advise on who to speak to for this), or to invite guys to come and browse (not ideal), or get someone to take the whole lot for half the price.
Any interested parties, or suggestions how I should go about this?
