Want to use an older laptop with VGA out as a media center PC for my projector. At about 600 bucks would I be better off getting a chromecast 2 somewhere second hand at R800 odd.
Are USB to HDMI converters any good and would a pentium dual core running at 2 GHz be sufficient to run it at 1080p.
