Help - Integra DTR 80.3 HDMI start up

My Integra DTR 80.3 (think its an Onkyo 5008 equivalent) suddenly stopped outputting through HDMI to TV. The ARC still works fine (if I play from TV to amp). When I try and play any device through the Integra the device screen displays "HDMI start up" and the TV just shows a big Integra logo. The receiver also stopped making those clicking sounds when switching between sources. Can't get anything to output. I've already factory reset, to no avail. Any help or suggestions?
