I'm trying to decide between a Integra DTR 50.4 AVR and DTA 70.1 power amp combo on the one hand and getting a Onkyo TX-RZ3100 AVR on the other hand. Any suggestions?
I have the 50.4/70.1 combo at the moment. Loads of power and very good sound.
I was wanting to play with Atmos and DTS:X, but i'm not sure if it's worth the hoohaa. I use a 7.2 system with additional front height channels so effectively a 9.2.
Will I lose quality going to the new TX-RZ3100 since I'm moving away from a 9 channel power amp?
Best would be to bet a processor but that would be past me budget. I can get the RZ3100 at a good price
Any opinions?
