Help needed pls to build unconventional wings ...

Hi all...

Been testing some concept using polystyrene boards but now want to make this into a permanent solution...

Maybe not conventional but this sound is exactly what I was after...

I would like to ask someone to make some wings ....
or atleast give me an idea how much it will cost to make something like it..

The basic is like your normal folding screens...

I need them to match my speakers wood finish ... or black
I need them not to leak sound through the 
Hinges .. and what I was thinking is to put some flexible material on the back to close the hinges ( like a leather strip with  Velcro attached.

So I am roughly looking at two screen sets of approx 2m high with two screens that can fold of 1m wide each ...basic foldable screen looking design ...
And then another screen of about 2m high and two screens that can fold of 1.2m wide each...

These will not house any speaker driver or parts , they will be placed next to the speaker ..

Here are some nice ?wishlist pictures?, but honestly a nice simple clean design that will bring cost reasonable will be preferred...
