Wanted: CPU for HP Microserver - intel xeon e3-1220lv2

Hi everyone , i have a HP microserver with a celeron cpu ... i am looking to upgrade to a intel xeon e3-1220lv2 ( which is the best the MB can support ) .. its a old 2013/2014 CPU .. anyone please have any idea where to source this ?

i run plex on ther server and want to run MS , but the celeron struggles when it has "multitask" HD content....

any pointers will be greatly appreciated..
