PLEASE GIVE US AN UPDATE  :sd:

Apologies for keeping you guys in such suspense, its just turned into crazy season in Cape Town over the past few days.
I will do my best to get on with posting more information and photos of the final few days of the build process as soon as I can find about an hour to gather my thoughts and get all the right photos and information together.

Stay tuned, this will happen in the next few days.

These are the layouts for the Wisdom Audio speakers in the cinema.

Looking at the front wall, we have an LCR across the front behind the DT Screens Frontier acoustically transparent projection screen.
They are the Wisdom Audio Insight L8i speakers.
You can notice that in the left and right bulkheads are Dolby Atmos in-ceiling speakers: Wisdom Audio Sage Sage ic57a

Looking at the side wall elevation the detail of the speakers is as follows:
Purple shading: Wisdom Audio S90i subwoofers (these work best in this home cinema at the front and rear walls, on the 1/4 line into the room, front ported right side up, rear subwoofer mounted upside down with the port at the top side of the subwoofer)

The orange shading at the front of the room is the Wisdom Audio Insight L8i's
The next speakers in orange (slightly smaller ones) are the Front wides, surrounds and surround back speakers are the Wisdom Audio Insight P2i
The green shading in-ceiling are the Wisdom Audio Sage ic57a

An overview of the room can be seen below. The speaker locations have all been calculated accurately to fit within the dimensions and degrees of the best practice installation for Dolby Atmos.
The benefit of the Trinnov Altitude 32 processor is that it will process any audio stream into the surround sound field, and is particularly good at processing surround sound formats like Auro 3D and DTS:X.

Nice! No. Wait. Rice is nice. This is far better.
I like the couch positioning too.

Finally I allow you to see what the room looks like with the speakers installed.
The installation happened late in the evening, followed by a few pro photographs by Christiaan. These are the photos that I snapped quickly with my mobile phone before calling it a day.

Straight up photo of the front projection wall. The Wisdom Audio Insight L8i's look absolutely incredible!
Notice the port for the S90 subwoofer near the floor between the left and centre speakers.

A quick behind the camera look at the cinema:

A full look at the room and most of the speakers

The cinema is really taking shape, speakers installed fabricís installed. At this stage we need to finish the installation of the timber chevrons, LED strip lights and the rear projection wall. Still a way to go, but significant progress has been made.
