I'm thinking of building a RCM. I already have the following:
1. Bought a geared and vacuum motor from Heinrich (http://www.mantech.co.za/ProductInfo.aspx?Item=83M0282)
2. An old plinth and lid leftover from a Garrard 401
3. A lightweight platter from a Technics cheapie
4. I also have a record clamp, light weight, works by tightening to the spindle
Didn't read up much on plans...any recommendations :thinking:
Also:
1. Seem to remember a topic on the forum regarding cleaning liquids..can't seem to find it now
2. Anybody have any experience on a product called "Grub Glide"
