Where to find these connectors?

I am looking for spade crimp receptacles, uninsulated, plus clear insulating boot or pre-insulated with clear boot. Unfortunately, the readily available red/blue/yellow types are colour-coded by wire size, so you could end up with a negative wire with a red terminal. Not what I want.

I am looking for a local source for these. Some pics to illustrate.
