OK, so the audio bug has bitten..hard.
A couple of months ago I took the leap from home theatre in a box rubbish to an entry level component system, sorry I didn't do this long ago. As budget is always tight I only managed receiver, a pair of mission m33i's and a used sub. I have saved a bit for a centre addition and my web research led me to the diy audio option. Wow! I'm blown away by the skills and possibilities shown in this forum. Last week I had no idea what a crossover was and now I'm considering a build!!?? This is also a perfect excuse to the wife why I need to buy some new power tools.
I have looked at various projects and the one that I'm interested in is a Zaph Audio ZD3C. I need some advice please. I'm pretty handy on the mechanical front but the crossover scares the hell out of me, as does anything electrical.
Can anyone give me some advice on this project or any other suitable starting points.
