Decided sitting here listening to Chris Rea's Giverney, (Vinyl of course) that the day has finally come to start my Man cave. We did some alterations and added on a double garage to replace the old tandem garage. So this is where I need you help, I want to use half of the tandem garage to make my sound room.
The dimensions are 6m long x 3m wide. Can anybody who has already done this please give me some advice on panelling the walls, ceilings and approximate speaker placements for the surrounds and rears as i want to run 7.1. Also approximately how far from the front wall do I need to put a point in the ceiling to accomodate a projector.
