I want to warn everyone not to make use of this company.
I had the worst experience with them for the last 2 years.
I took my 55" TV to them for an easy repair, according to what I understood was that the power supply board was not good on these models and tend to overheat and after 30 minutes or so the TC will go off.
They wanted to Charge for the repairs of up to R20 000 but the tv was only at that time less that R14 000 new.
So I told them to leave it, not viable to repair at that cost.
Since I got the TV back from them, the TV did not go on anymore. Dead as a door nail.
About a week ago, I took it to another place that repairs TV.
They told me that the previous people who worked on it removed parts and replaced it with other model parts that was faulty.
The original problem to repair cost R4500 and now I need to pay a further R1500 for the main board that these guys removed.

What fun.
