It has been a year of SE amplifier orders at MTA. I built an integrated KT88 SE, supplied a kit of the same, and am processing an order for a SE KT150 mono block kit. Then I received two 6C45P russian tubes for a single tube SET design.
All this is very exciting. The client who constructed the SE88 liked the Ultra Linear sound, and therefore the KT150 will be wired in UL tetrode mode. For the moment we are sticking with the 6SN7 cascade triode driver.
