When does kit become vintage? does it need to be a classic or is it time frame related. For instance is good quality solid state gear from 70-80's vintage kit or just a retro. Is 20-30 years too early for vintage. I was called a veteren competitor in the argus cycle tour when I exceeded 30 years of age!!
Is the quad 33, 303, designed and built in the 60's and 70's vintage? Folks do not want to fork out much for full working examples with minimal exterior aging evidence so I am not sure if they are classic either.
Are the rare, classics collectors items? Whatever these are
