Twin cabs?

Sticking to cars: no self respecting Afrikaner boy can never have owned a bakkie and I decided not to buck the trend. So, any ideas of Jeep Wranglers etc out the window for the moment and now looking at  Ford Rangers, Amaroks, Navarres and, of course, the mighty Highlux.

Any thoughts, strong or otherwise, on the above? City commute ( rarely ), utility chores and maybe the occasional serious and not so serious off roading?( Main means of transportation still being two wheels.)

And, well, last but not least, how does one ever convince the SO ;D :angrywife:?
