Not many and I didn't delete them.
Some sent email messages disappeared from my computer yesterday. At the time it happened, the number of sent emails and those in my inbox totalled about 5'600 in each.
I'm using Outlook Express. Since yesterday, I deleted each folder's messages to totals of about 4'500, hoping to make space and hoping the sent messages will return to where they should be.
Since, I've done a defrag which indicates a volume size of 233GB, Cluster size 4KB, Used space 22.41GB and Free space of 210GB, thus 90% Free Space.
I was sorely tempted to restore to an earlier date but mt brother advised against this, for whatever reason.
My sent items shows a few sent messages sent during the past two days and then shows nothing until 22 February 2017.
I've looked in My Documents and in My recent Documents but found no trace of where these sent items are hiding.
Please help if you can.
