Basically I need to know if a widow of a deceased over 65 can claim? Fixed income pension subsequent do death is now halved, whilst expenses are pretty much still the same, leaving her out of pocket by a few thousand a month indefinitely (or at least until her death, which could be 10-15 years if she takes after her mom and gran)
I'm getting conflicting answers, but fear the naysayers (all contingency based attorneys) are fuelled by the fact that it may just be "too much effort for too little reward."
I just need an honest answer.
