Black Brie
« on: July 05, 2017, 02:12:27 PM »
So Sunday afternoon, coming down...the road we stopped at Country Meat to check it out. Ended up buying some Black Brie (Brie Noir). Cath and I love fairly strong cheese and we both like Brie so it seemed a good idea. That stuff is disgusting. She tried to make a sauce out of it but that wasn't very successful. The dog seemed to enjoy it, so I can recommend it on those grounds. Tastes like a mixture of sulphur and snot (or worse) :puke:

If memory serves, the black is ash.  Not my thing either, and definitely not for a sauce I don't think!

So Sunday afternoon, coming down...

Jawellnoufine. That would explain the daft purchase. The dog must have dropped a few stinkbombs.
