Got a call from a broker asking if they can do an insurance comparison.
I've been an Outsurance client for the past 12 or so years and have always had great service from them. I do an annual premium check just to keep everyone honest and they are always ballpark and the once or twice I managed to get a better marginal rate I phoned them and they offered a discount to match or better the competitive quote.
This time the difference is almost R1000 per month from New National. Most of these guys offer you a cheap entry and then after the first year pack on the R's to the monthly premiums.

Does anyone do business with them? I've never even heard of them. Head Office is in Dirtbin ... sorry I meant Durban ...
