HI Guys
I am pretty much a newbie in this field so all the help i need would be greatly appreciated. I have managed to collect the components over the years of what i thought would be a desirable great vintage system. I do not know if i have done something wrong but it actually sounds a little crap! I have a pair of Celestion Ditton 44's hooked up to a Pioneer S508 amplifier and my input of choice is a Lenco turntable. I honestly don't know where i have gone wrong. I thought matching generational components would do the trick but i am sitting with a system that sounds very well below par from what i expected. Any suggestions?
