I'm trying to help out a family member who is completely technology challenged. I've little to no experience with ripping.

What would be the simplest all in one solution to rip audio cds to mp3 for use in a car. I built a Vortexbox appliance for use at home and all one does is insert a cd and it rips it and downloads album and track info plus album art. I'm looking for a similar solution on Windows. I've setup Media Monkey for him and it works with some user intervention. Is there anything else I could try?
