This will be my first post, I hope it is in the right section and not been asked before.
I want to run volumio on my pi3 in order to stream my flac collection from a nas.
I would like to buy an add-on board that supports the I2S DAC with 2x rca out for the pi as this will be hooked up to a cheapy amp with no digital or coax.
I saw pishop sell some Hifiberry and IQaudio ones that look like they will do the trick.
The reason for this thread is to ask the community advice on which model to go for. I would like to house the whole setup neatly, which is mostly why I narrowed it down to those brands, as they seem to have cases available locally. If there are better alternatives easily available please let me know.
Any advice in general would be greatly appreciated.
