I recently acquired a quad of New Sensor Svetlana 6L6GC's , which I proceeded to test in the modified ST-70 , rectifier has been replaced with Russian 5U4C to reduce plate voltages to 415V . The sound seems quite well balanced ( between lows , mids and highs ) and neutral .
Any thoughts regarding the reliability and quality of these " new production " tubes will be appreciated .
