Sure looks like Audio Nirvanna Ben, thanks for sharing.

^^ Can't agree more with u gents.

Hehe,so it's an 'eye opener' rather than an 'ear opener' Ben!  :giggle:

I agree that the battle on outdoing each other on exterior design seems to be a focus of many of those exhibitors.
And in doing so,they start bordering on the ridiculous, rather than the sublime.
But,as Stefan said, there will be some 'gems',and your pics are great,so keep them coming!

Also reassuring to read that our guys don't have to stand back to some of those alarmingly priced brands.
And soon the Air Music range will be available here, which I am sure will easily stand it's ground against some of those exorbitantly priced speakers, with far better elegance and class in design and aesthetics!  :2thumbs:

Your pics are great and a joy to see. And Air speakers sure do look classy and have great style.

The Absolare Room.....one of my favorite rooms to visit every year at Munich. Very natural sound.

Now those 2 brands are always on my radar. Although expensive I believe they focus on the right combination of SQ and industrial design. Take Absolare, no fancy milled aluminium front face plates(expensive and only for show and to impress-no functionality) but they rather use Aluminium to ensure that components have a solid and non-resonant foundation. The leather brings a domestic quality and makes it much easier to integrate it into elegant living spaces. Respect for materials and their qualities and benefits are an important value for me.

Rockport Technology's quality above all and solid no-nonsense engineering are a benchmark for my own efforts. Oh yes, and their drivers comes from the same source as the drivers that I use. Steve Jobs once said, thank God for good competitors they help us(Apple) to excel! That is how I view Rockport.

Wow that is some beautiful equipment. Does anyone bring those into South Africa?
Time to get back to when I enjoyed listening......no more upgrading, more of a headache than a pleasure

Amusing that so many stands have women demonstrating the kit - and men looking at it (and no doubt them!)
Are you waiting for loneliness to paralyse? Are you waiting for sister midnight to anaesthetise?

Not so much demo.....rather parading and advertising.

Clever....
