Sorry for the n00b questions - but is room treating (ie absorbers / diffusers / traps) for the sound quality inside, and has nothing to do with what sound escapes?
Does one need to do both - room treat and sound proof?
Would installing a window such as this (http://elitetec.co.za/benefits/soundproofing/) help with sound proofing?
Or will the sound leak through the bricks etc?
