I recently purchased a set of KEF Q5's and a KEF PSW2500 subwoofer for my Stereo system, i.e. 2.1 configuration.
My room is 6m x 5m with the listening position at the shorter distance. Unfortunately I cannot do it the other way round, due to furnishings and fixtures.
For now, I have the sub to the right of the Left Channel speaker, and between the two mains, but my plan is to move the sub to the right of the Right-hand speaker and basically not have it in-between the mains.
I think this will create a better balance, as I am still adjusting the level, crossover and phase settings too often in order to get the correct balance.
What are your experiences with this?
Thanks,
