So my father seemed to have come into an old Teac "hi fi" system recently.  Apparently it's all working 100%, but it's dusty and used.  I was wondering what I can do to "restore" it a bit, as well as how much such a system might be worth?  It consists of:

Teac P-70 Direct Drive Fully-Automatic Turntable System
Teac V-707RX Auto Reverse Stereo Cassette Deck
Teac T-70 AM/FM Stereo Tuner
Teac A-70 DC Integrated Stereo Amplifier

There are no speakers for it that I know of.

It has common issues like a scratched turntable cover, VERY dirty buttons, some discolouration and what looks like oxidation on some of the buttons (it all seems to be metal) and just some general marks from every day use.  Now I don't want to tackle it with a solvent that could clean off the silver "paint" on the thing, so any help/tips would be appreciated!
