Okay... my NAD 3020 amplifiers right channel blew due to a foolish mistake I made during the testing of the Voigt Pipe speakers filters. The poor amp felt a 0.7 ohm load at 15 watts and couldn't take the stress.
Now I would like to know if anyone here can indicate (by a fair bit of guesswork) how much damage was caused.
Looking on the schematic Q609 (BD139) & R646 (1K2) is fried/burnt. I believe this is part of the bias system. Do you think, in your option that the other transistors in the circuit got damaged?
Thank you in advance!
