I hope that someone on the forum will be able to advise... My Yamaha RX-V3200 Receiver amp was recently damaged by lightning and needs to be replaced.
I am currently in discussion with the insurance company on which is the equivalent Yamaha replacement model (as the RX-V3200 has been discontinued). My view is that it should be the RX-A3060, but this is based on perception that the RX-V3200 was the top model when i purchased and comparing USD prices of the models (insurance initially suggested the RX-A860).
I would really appreciate opinions from members... I am hoping that the opinions may support mine... or suggest an equivalent alternative.
