Can Senn plug be rotated/polarity changed when inserted?

Could this not affect phase?

Hi.  You canít.  Well.  The pins are different sizes.  The + being ever so slightly thinner.  Met geweld kan mens you vinger in jou xxx afbreek.  Seen it done.  But not by smart people.
