As someone suggested, it is not difficult to make your own.  Mantech sell A and B plugs for around R20 each and all you need is some good quality shielded 4-core stranded cable.  IMHO if you object to spending hundreds of Rand on an esoteric cable, the Mantech or the Esquire cable will meet your requirements
