Have you had any response from MyBroadband?  See your name popping up all over the place.   MyBB seems to consist of very helpful people, self-righteous twits and people with entrenched attitudes.  I went to their conference in 2013 and it was most interesting

Emails seem to be reliable again, apparently was caused by overloading the server which I'm quite proud of actually :)
