UPDATE

Orders are available to be placed until 21 Dec, after that I won't have internet until I return on Jan 4. Replies and quotes may be a bit delayed from Sat 17th as I am out the country but I'll do my best!

Standard: All deliveries will be dispatched once I return in January.
Express: Comes directly to you so will be delivered while I'm away but can't guarantee delivery times due to holidays etc.

So get those lists and Xmas bonuses ready, you'll have lots of pressies once you get back from your holidays!

Hi all!

After a rather trying return journey I'm back and ready to go.

All updates, quotes and invoices sent, I think, if I've missed you out please send me a terse message telling me to pull my head out and get on with it ;)

Can you arrange for warranty returns to intl destinations?
That's always been a concern with ordering expensive things like electronics from intl, warranty returns will be a pita.

This is one of the changes I'm bringing in, the supplier warranty will apply.

I can arrange return shipping no problem.

Nothing is a pita with my service, I make sure of that ;)

That will make it very attractive, I don't think there is any other similar service that offers that. Will the cost of the warranty return be charged at a similar rate to the import of the same item?

Say for instance a normal sized 50w integrated amp that needs to be returned to the US?

This is one of the ducks that need to get into line, still trying to work everything out ;)

Getting the item back to the country of purchase is unfortunately a lot more expensive than getting it in but it can easily be organised, and I will definitely do so. The fixed or replacement product coming back here will be charged at normal shipping rates. Charges will have to be worked out on a case by case basis though.

VAT will be charged on cost of repairs, no VAT or duties apply to a replacement product.

I would love to cover the cost of returns but unfortunately since I have no control of the suppliers, and often no knowledge of the products, I have no idea if a product/vendor is "trustworthy". It's simply too risky for me to have a blanket free returns policy.

An amp is probably the worst example;) they're big and heavy!
