Another shout out for Hi-Phibian I just received the balanced Cardas and tail he made for my LCD 2's, awesome quality workmanship and simply brilliant sounding wow I could not be happier.

Schiit have no dealers, they sell direct.
This is part of their business model and competitive pricing. No black Friday specials and so on as they believe will cause price increases. They believe in value for money gear that is locally produced (components, cases, and most parts)

Good stuff :) so the shipping would be your only other cost. Anyone dealt with this? I'd be curious to know what sort of costs were incurred outside of the price for the actual unit.

FedEx or USPS which could be up to $ 174 shipping (perhaps more when power amps are available) and the normal import duties. (at least 14%)
