Hey all!
So I bought a pair of He-400i cans earlier in the year when they went through their absolutely crazy phase at $300. The problem is I I'm not enjoying them ...
I don't know if their sound sig (I find them a bit thin) is just not for me or whether the fact that they're open is the problem. I have them running through a Chord Mojo at the moment, so the source shouldn't be a problem. I've always had closed back cans (and old pair of Sony monitoring headphones and Thinksound On1) and enjoyed them immensely, but these I just can't seem to get into these. Am I perhaps not suited to open cans?
If anyone is in the Port Elizabeth area and would like to demo them, (and my Mojo for interests sake ... it's perfect) perhaps to let me know if I'm crazy I would really appreciate it!
