Hi everyone,

I was fortunate enough to receive a nice review in the latest AVSA magazine and my album is also involved in the competition giveaway.

My original music is not very well known in the local music industry but I am the guitarist in the local country rock band "Clint & Co".

My album is however not country rock at all. My influences are more in the Camel, Alan Parsons Project, Pink Floyd mold. The cd is an instrumental album (my third to date).

I thought I would post two of the tracks from the album on the forum.

Hope you enjoy,

Cheers,

Peter.

Thanks Trompie,

Glad you like the music.

You can get the cd directly from me (via Postnet or if you're in Joburg we can arrange something) or you can get the download from http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/peterhanmer3.

Much appreciated.

Cheers,

Peter.

Yes, it is very different. This is the kind of music that I'm into. I do enjoy the rallies though.

There's only one small problem similar to the bloke disposing of headphone stands. Or is the 50 posts count being relaxed?

Welcome Peter,

I will definitely be getting a copy of this, very, very nice. Can almost hear Mark K and hints of David G in there, absolutely brilliant

Thanks so much, Cad and Xumbug!

I'm thrilled that there are still a lot of people who like the same kind of music that I do!

There is another video that I made when I was interviewed on the radio just before I released the album.

If anyone is interested the link is here:    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nog50v8W2hg

Here's another one from the same album.

The track is called "Everything Goes" and was written by Dave Sharp who played Hammond C3, Bass and Sax on the song.

Drums were played by Larry Rose and I did all the guitars.

Cheers

Peter.
