What to the "modify" and "delete this thread"...
« on: October 07, 2016, 01:18:13 PM »
What to the "modify" (;omited time) and "delete post" (limited time) and "delete this thread"... specifically talking about the commercial section for the latter.  I'd like to do a bit of "cleanup" but am no longer able to delete threads?

you can only modify the thread within 20 minutes of having created the thread ..... thereafter it is meant to remain "as is" but if you really do need to delete a thread then im sure you should be able to ask an Admin to do it for you

not sure if they can allow you limited admin access just for as long as it takes for you to do your cleanup :nfi:

Judy, we were forced to do away with it in your case....  :whistler:  :flame:

You have a 30-minute period in which to do so, otherwise PM any of us and we'll gladly assist.

Only now see this thread. I struggle with the same issue. Notice it on Friday for the first time. Really frustrating and annoying.

"Edit" seems to be disabled everywhere but not for everyone
- I can't edit my posts in General Discussion.
- Rudi (Geco) can't either.
- Michon's posts show "edited" timestamp meaning that he can.
