I've seen a few drivers, including Dayton drivers which have a hard rubber surround over the metal frame where you put the screws in. 
Is this rubber suppose to be the seal?  Or do you still need to add foam?  If you do need foam, why wouldn't it just leak between the driver
and the metal frame?
